Our Static 12x12 Stable comes with the bottom stable door, which includes a metal chew strip on the top of the door, a top bolt, and a kick-over latch.
This building will need to be fixed to a hard base (Concrete or brick course), alternatively, you can select. a mobile option that comes with skids

- Metal Trims - Select with or without (This option adds Metal barge boards to the roof, and metal flashing on the sides of the building)

- Top door / Skylight - Select if you want a door or a skylight
